I personally am a bikini girl! I love the look of the all in one swimsuit but the thought of my entire body clinched by something so skin tight repels me, so I’ve never been daring enough to buy one.

However, I am slowly coming around to the idea because of all the amazing shapes, patterns and sizes a swimsuit can come in. I love Milly Acapulco printed maillot. This year the cutaway swimsuit has been a big hit, it’s just a shame the weather in England hasn’t allowed us to show them off! Here are three of my favourite high street designs, all great colours for the warmer weather and certain to get you noticed. I absolutely adore this colour – it’s so summery and bright and will compliment olive skin tones. The last swimsuit is £29.50 from Marks & Spencer, the garment is made from brown and green floral material and the halter neck will help hold in bustier ladies!

Is it me or did summer seem to come in May and then disappear again? I feel it’s rather unfair that my poor bikini’s have only seen the sun for a couple of days this year, I am praying for some more sunbathing weather over the next few months.

Summer is quickly approaching so we need to do some serious bikini shopping. I am never sure which style to go for so here are some celebrity swim suits to help us get an idea of what’s hot this season.

My personal favourite is Kristin Cavallari’s bikini, it is a simple design but the colour accentuates her olive skin. Jessica Biel’s is very similar but doesn’t compliment her skin tone quite as much.
