Flamingos seems to be a surprise trend on the highstreet right now – a quick look in most the big names this week will probably reveal something with a flamingo print on it.

Great for summer, the flamingo print is a welcome change from all the animal prints around at the moment, and makes any item seem fun.

New Look have gone for a flamingos on a cute day dress, and the black material makes the coloured flamingo print stand out really well. The ruched front and gathered back detailing means it fit nicely and won’t need a belt to create a nice silhouette. Team it with coloured tights or bare legs and heels for an evening look, or leggings and pumps for the day time. It costs £25 and is available from the New Look website now.
