Everyone needs a staple cardigan! That item we always go back to no matter how hard we try to wear something different! It’s just so cosy! Well I think I may have found my staple cardi this year! This cardi is the perfect colour, shape and style; it goes with just about everything and is very practical!
I love the pleat detail at the front of the cardi, it gives added texture and interest, which means we don’t have to waste time thinking about what accessories to wear to jazz it up!
This cardi is by Line Knitwear and costs £120, buy yours today from Bunny Hug.

Oh we are extremely lucky! Alexander Mc Queen has produced an 8 piece pre Spring 09 collection and net a porter is bringing them to our wardrobes!!
The collection follows a theme of contrast between masculine and feminine, you can see this straight away when you look at the all-in-one tuxedos, which by the way is the modern way to wear black tie! This look is just divine; the plunging neckline mixed with the masculine tailoring gives it a typical Mc Queen edge. These all-in-one tuxedos’s range from £1, 095 to £1,185!
Statement shoulders are prominent within the collection, take for example the graphic stripe dress (second from left) this is a superfine knit dress that looks ultra sleek, the statement shoulders have been produced using shoulder pads that can be removed if preferred! This dress costs £765!
The collection is all about effortless chic so keep accessories simple! Hurry to net a porter to view the collection in full and get full commentary on each look as you watch it glide down the runway!

The Alexander McQueen private pre-spring show is now live so log onto Net-a-porter to snap up what you can. The collection is a masculine feminine mix of items from all-in-one jumpsuits to cocktail dresses to tuxedos once again proving he is an expert in contemporary tailoring.
I love the silver grey liquid satin bias cut bubble dress (a great party piece), as well as the dinner suit which gives the illusion of a tiny waist and skinny arms through the use of undercover hidden boning and ties.
Judging by the items in stock at Net-a-porter, items set to be very popular are the black tuxedo jumpsuit with satin lapels and the graphic stripe dress (which is great for creating the illusion of curves and unbelievably has the ease of a t-shirt dress yet looks more like a rubber band!) Check out the collection here.

Accessorize have probably been making these for ages, but it’s only this year that I’ve discovered the genius of their fingerless gloves that convert into mittens. The turn-down cuff is held in place with a button, and you can easily uncover your hands for doing things like sending a text or rummaging in your bag for something. The rest of your hand will be toasty warm, and then you can cover up your digits again, transforming your gloves into cute mittens.
They’re available in an colour imaginable, with stripes, glitter and these sequin embroidered ones.
Ranging from £8-£10 they’re not the cheapest gloves around, but when you consider that you’re actually getting two pairs of gloves for the price of one it’s not too bad. You can buy online or have a look instore for the full range.

Paris fashion week saw a grand opening thanks to Christophe Decarnin for Balmain opening the show in true Parisienne style!
Balmain really set the standards with this eighties inspired collection. It oozed with bling and rock chicness! The jackets were to die for with a new shoulder shape to set our tongues wagging! Everything was over embellished in sequins, studs and diamantes, particularly the jeans that were stonewashed, ripped and featured Celtic cross embellishments in crystals. Completely over the top but of course in a good way!
Mini voluminous tutus were a key look on the dress front teamed with statement shoes and belts! To see a full review of the show and the complete collection, check out Style.com!

How cute is this Bustle back trench coat!! I instantly fell in love with it as I was browsing ASOS for a trendy new jacket and I think I have found what I was looking for! Great!
For £60 this is an absolute bargain and it is one of those garments you will get so much wear out of, especially in this country when it is hot one minute and cold the next, the last thing you want to do is go out in a thick woolly coat when the sun is blistering down on you! This jacket is nice and lightweight but is still substantial enough to take the chill of those wintery days!
Buy yours today from ASOS!

Now these are statement boots! Chloe has produced some unusual footwear for fall but these ‘shoe boots’ take the biscuit! If you have a passion for purple this fall, these are the shoes for you!
The unusual geometric layering of suede, patent and snakeskin creates irresistible texture that we girls can’t help but love! There is so much detail to the shoe it actually looks more like a piece of art! Outfit wise I think these would look fab with a simple LBD to give the shoe maximum attention!
Buy these Chloe Paneled shoe boots today from net a porter for £450 and watch your friends go green with envy!

Biker chic is very much the look of the moment, think black, think leathers and of course to complete the look, think Biker boots!
These are the most versatile footwear around; they can be worn with everything! From leather leggings, to slouchy knitwear dresses, however my favourite look is when they are teamed with a feminine, delicate chiffon mini dress; it just gives it a cool biker edge.
These biker boots are by Mogil, I love the hardware buckle detail and the distressed/ vintage look leather! Pre order them today on Bunny Hug for £170.

I don’t usually take much notice of All Saints jewellery but this time something caught my eye; The Ivy bracelet! This bracelet is perfectly in keeping with All saints urban style, the chain mail bracelet comes with a matching necklace, however the bracelet is what caught my eye! I love the dirty gold metal, it looks edgy and urban!
I think it would look stunning with a simple tank top, leaving a bare arm to display the beautiful bracelet. You can purchase the bracelet from All Saints online for just £30!
