Don’t get me wrong I love to accessorize but I’m not the girl that specifically shops for jewelry. This is probably because I wear the same necklace given by a loved one but, I have developed an infatuation for this stunning Bijoux Heart Vintage floral necklace.

One fashion event you can get tickets to is the London Fashion Weekend that follows the highly anticipated fashion week. Still just as cool but with a few less celebrities, London Fashion Weekend starts on the 24th of September and finishes on the 28th.

This year Elle have got involved and promise to bring you up to date with all the happenings from fashion week as well as hosting the first ever fashionably late Friday that boasts wine and a DJ for after work relaxation. One of the key high street pieces of this season and last, I thought it was time to invest in one for myself. Personally I’m a virgin to wearing plaid shirts so I chose to play it safe with black and white, but now I’m a true fan I turn my sights to the Oversize Check Shirt from Topshop.

Topshop without question have produced some of the best including one red one I have seen and adore, but right now I want the ¾ length sleeve blue one. A little more difficult to match than black and white perhaps play it safe with some black skinny jeans and pumps or denim high waisted shorts.

Fashion Week is coming to London and with that comes an exciting line up of designers.

Some of the hottest designers are set to show their collections on the catwalk and that includes the highly successful and quirky designer, Luella, Julien Macdonald with his sex appeal collection and cutting edge designer Giles Deacon. Obviously I know these fashion shows are invite only, but get excited about the after parties and the store events. The LBD sticks every season so it’s only natural for a designer to create one for the awe of all fashionista’s. This time it’s conservative and classy.

Pringle of Scotland has created a smart and sophisticated LBD, the hit of the collection in my opinion. The Wool shift dress can be worn similar to the Oscar de la Renta shift for work or play, for me I would prefer to purchase it for play. Seductive and sultry, glam this dress up with some pointed Louboutin’s, fish net tights and a small clutch for the cocktail queen or go ‘New York’ by pairing it with some lovely red tights and some Mary Janes.
