Oasis has come up trumps again by providing us with the perfect shopping bag! No more aching shoulders and arms from carrying your handbag with all those heavy essentials, just place it over your head and your hands are free to carry all those little goodies you bought whilst on your shopping spree, you won’t even know its there!
This is a practical design that looks great too; I particularly love the clasp detail at the front of the bag to give a satchel effect. The only downfall is its probably smaller than the handbag you’re use too therefore you may have to be a bit ruthless when packing this bag, chucking out all those items that, lets face it, you don’t really need! The bag comes in a choice of two colours; black and wild mushroom, as shown here and it’s a snip for £40! It also comes in a smaller size, which would be great for an evening.

Autumn 2005 saw the release of Roland Mouret’s Galaxy dress. It was a great moment finally a designer that celebrated womanly curves and made women look sexy yet sophisticated. It also sparked the return of the ‘LBD’ (little black dress) and was copied all over the high street.
Well if you lived and breathed in your Galaxy dress, like myself you will be pleased to know Mouret has produced a fantastic new dress that is sure to take its place next season; ‘The Moon dress.’ You may have already seen the likes of style guru Victoria Beckham wearing this dress in a beautiful shade of pink.I am particularly excited about this piece, as I have had enough of wearing smock and maternal type dresses that make you look huge! If you feel the same be sure to get your RM Moon dress – PRE-ORDER from Net-a-Porter for £990, yes its pretty expensive but it is a good investment! It comes in dove grey or black, check it out!

Throughout the summer we have seen a rising trend towards interesting headwear from cowboy hats to gypsy headbands and this trend is only going to grow stronger into next season, which means no more bad hair days girls! You can finally ditch those straightners for a new trendy headpiece! Head wear is essential for next season and Topshop have caught onto the trend already by providing us with a range of different head wear from jewelled headbands to oversized caps and trilby’s.
However whilst searching this wide array of headgear I came across one style that particularly caught my eye; the Turban. Yes Topshop have taken inspiration from the Far East to provide us with a range of different turbans; from yellow satin to black jersey, I wonder if this trend will catch on? Personally I think it’s a great idea and am just building up the confidence to wear one. The black jersey turban as shown, is one of my favourites; it only has very subtle detail and would be great to wear for an evening with a long black maxi dress. It costs £10.00, which I think is pretty reasonable considering how much attention you will get whilst wearing this piece!

Ok I hate to say it but winters on its way and the only good thing about it is the fact that it’s the start of the new fashion season, which means more wonderful trends to follow! Hoorah!
This Autumn/Winter texture and embellishment is a must and who better to embellish us than the ‘king of all things textured;’ Matthew Williamson. His new collection is once again genius, finding inspiration from around the globe to produce a true mish mash of fabrics from silk satins to heavy knits and brocades to jewel encrusted jacquards. Colours are just as contrasting with greys, blacks and tans accented with shocking red, electric blues and lime greens. This wide array of fabrics and colours gives a real vintage feel and will brighten up those dull winter days.
Here I have given you a little teaser of the collection by showing you this beautiful silk chiffon dress, delicately embroidered and embellished with silver and gold beads. I absolutely adore the subtle detail on this dress, it would be perfect teamed with thick black tights and knee high boots for the day or bare legged and strappy sandals for the night, the possibilities are endless! You can find this Matthew Williamson Old Rose dress and more at Net a Porter.

If you’re a real girly girl like myself you will love this beautiful silk orchid hair accessory from Tarina Tarantino. You may have seen this hairpiece worn by Jennifer Lopez in the movie “Shall we dance” and if it’s good enough for her, its good enough for me! The flower spans 4 inches wide and 4 inches tall and is embellished with, wait for it Swarovski crystals! It is a truly gorgeous hairpiece that will make you and your outfit sparkle. It also comes in three different colour ways but I have to say this is my favourite.
Now here comes the nasty bit, the Swarovski embellished hairpiece doesn’t come cheap, it costs 88 US dollars, which is approx £44! But it is so unique and effective that I have to say I’m sold! It also comes in a beautiful couture box that would make the perfect gift if you can bring yourself to give it away! If you’re not too sure on parting with your money for this piece still check out the website, its fab!

I have just been searching the Accessorize website (the ultimate accessories store!) and stumbled across this amazing Drawstring buckle bag that is an absolute must-have this season. Just imagine yourself in cute little white wedges and a matching Kaftan for that casual yet classy look!
The bag is stylish and practical with three compartments and an inside zip pocket to carry all those necessities such as lip gloss, shades, mobile and the much needed compact mirror! For £25.00 this bag is truly a bargain especially due to its unique drawstring effect that I simply adore!

Wedges are a must have fashion accessory in any girls wardrobe and picking your favourite pair for the summer can be a tricky job! I have found these three styles over at ASOS.com where the choice of shoes is endless and they all have a little extra something that will set you apart from the rest.
These Leopard Print wedges in the style of Nicole Richie will look fantastic with a pair of jeans, black crops or even with a black pencil skirt. The red bow means you can accessorise with a little red clutch or a matching print clutch. This is definitely a style for the summer! Available at ASOS for £30.00.
I adore these leather plaited wedge sandals, the neutral tones will go with most outfits but you should definitely wear them with crops or skirts to show off the plaited detail around the ankle. The wedge resembles wooden tones which make them look really earthy and natural. They can again be bought from ASOS for £25.00.
These are the ultimate wedges for the summer, my only concern is how easy it is to walk in these bad boys! From the picture it looks like you would have to lean forward to prevent yourself from toppling over however I’m sure this isn’t the case. They are made by Irregular Choice and can be bought at ASOS for £42.00.

This week the red carpet was covered in feathers! And I don’t mean the carpet itself, I mean the beautiful gowns that were floating around it. Sienna Miller, Eva Longoria, Nicole Richie and Kelly Rowland all opted for feathery gowns or accessories and looked both stylish and elegant as they posed for the cameras.
The most outrageous design has to go to Sienna Miller and her Valentino dress, I personally think it does nothing for her except overpower her trim figure, however other magazines have really praised this outfit. I love the colour but it’s just a little OTT for my liking! I love Kelly’s dress, the feathers add a nice line of detail around the hemline without drawing attention away from her beautiful figure that she clearly works very hard to maintain!

Hurrah! the Vanessa Bruno Athe dress I’ve had my eye on at the Urban Outfitters Boutique has finally gone on sale! I’m so glad I didn’t pay the full £135 for it now – even if it was worth it. Eighty pounds is much more reasonable!
I just love the asymmetrical slash neck, the loose waist and the short tight skirt. It’s definitely a very sexy dress. I’m sure it’s going to become my new favourite clubbing outfit.
I think this dress is also very safari so if you are off to Kenya or somewhere similar this year this would be a great thing to pack. In fact the Vanessa Bruno Athe range is full of stylish summer designs in earthy colours and they are all on sale, you can get the silk tank dress for £80 reduced from £190! That’s a pretty amazing saving but larger sizes are running out so be quick!

Popular TV presenter and It girl Fearne Cotton is fronting the new festival collection at New Look. We have already seen Drew Barrymore and Lily Allen team up with the high street store this year and it seems their celebrity line-up is endless.
They have made a wise choice with this campaign as who better to promote their organic cotton range than Miss Cotton herself! She will be both a model and spokeswomen for the range of clothing and will be involved in a blog where she will discuss fashion and music. This will be launched on 17th July and the collection will be hitting New Look stores on 22nd July.
The blog will be available at www.goorganicwithcotton.com.
