Word on the street is that the mini clutch bag, also known as the minaudiere is going to be one of the hottest style pieces of the summer. The minaudiere can be described as an extremely small evening clutch bag with a hard exterior. Okay so not the most practical bag the fashion industry has produced but so classy and stylish.

You will however have to seriously limit the contents of your handbag when you take out your minaudiere; maybe just a lipstick and your mobile phone.

I found some really cute little gold and silver minuadieres from Rodeo Drive Resale, they measure approximately 5 inches in length and majority retail at $39.99; a few are a little more expensive.
